Adjusting to their new life in Summerville, Callie (Carrie Coon) tries to make the best of their situation and hopes for the best for her two kids, Trevor (Finn Wolfhard) and Phoebe (Mckenna Grace). Left with only an old home filled with secrets, the kids discover paraphernalia related to the Ghostbusters while also repairing the classic Ecto-1. Their discoveries don't seem to be coincidental, as the town of Summerville appears to be the center of a supernatural event that unleashes countless spirits of the undead, pushing the kids into action.
