In the official trailer for the animated movie Sing, a singing snail, a rapping Buffalo, and a impresario Koala take center stage. Buster Moon (Matthew McConaughey) owns a small theater on the verge of going bankrupt. His only hope for saving his theater is to hold a singing competition, where the winner will receive a grand prize of one hundred thousand dollars. A gambling mouse (Seth MacFarlane) boldly states, "I'm here to win... That prize, it's mine."

We are introduced to a family of pigs, whose mother (Reese Witherspoon) is desperate to show her talent after years of being unappreciated by her husband and children. We see her do a Latin dance sequence in the middle of the supermarket. When her dance is over, the cashier tells her she was awesome through the P.A. system. We also watch three bunnies shaking their "tails" to Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda."

A talented teenage gorilla (Taron Egerton) visits his father in prison and confesses "I just don't want to be in your gang, I want to be a singer." The boy assures his father he will win the competition and get him out of jail. The inmate father coldly walks away from the glass after saying, "How did I end up with a son like you?"
